Spacecraft to collect comet dust

When NASA's Stardust spacecraft reaches the comet Wild 2 after a journey of nearly five years through the solar system, it will use a scientific instrument to collect and analyze dust from the comet's tall. Then for the first time, the spacecraft will return to Earth carrying a selection of dust samples for scientists to investigate, though the instruments will begin preliminary investigations immediately. The capsule containing the precious space dust is expected to return on Jan. 15, 2006.

Not just any dust. It is comet dust — or "cosmic booty," as NASA refers to it in news releases.

Scientists hope the dust will help explain the chemistry of comets, thought to be leftovers from the early planet-forming days of the solar system 4.6 billion years ago.

Launched in 1999, the $168.4 million Stardust spacecraft darted within 149 miles of the comet Wild-2 in 2004 and collected dust from the comet's wake in a 95-pound capsule.

Now it's headed home.

"Everything is going better than good. It's going perfectly," says Stardust project manager Tom Duxbury of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.

On Sunday, the spacecraft will eject the capsule and fire its rockets to swing past Earth. The capsule will hit the atmosphere at 28,860 mph, the fastest re-entry ever of any man-made object. The target for the landing is the Army's Dugway Proving Ground in Utah.

If all goes well, the capsule's parachute will deliver 1 milligram of comet dust, about one-thousandth of the weight of a paper clip. It represents only about 1 million particles of comet stuff, but to scientists, it's "nearly an embarrassment of riches," NASA says in press materials.

Stardust made history in 2004 with its images of Wild-2, the first close-up look at the face of a comet. The images revealed cliffs and canyons and, most interesting, 20 geysers spewing dust and debris into space.

Refugees from the chilly regions of space, comets such as Wild-2 vent in this fashion when they visit Earth's end of the solar system and are heated by the sun.

Since that visit, NASA's Deep Impact mission smacked into the comet Tempel-1 last summer, aiming to knock a hole in it to study its interior material via telescope. Scientists plan to release more data from that mission today at the American Astronomical Society meeting in Washington, D.C.

Duxbury says Stardust's mission is the opposite of Deep Impact, because Stardust's particles originated from the surface of a comet.

Scientists have six months of investigation planned for the dust samples, which were captured in a spun-glass sponge of lightweight material called "aerogel."

The spacecraft itself will keep going, perhaps aimed at an asteroid or two in the vicinity of Mars. Or another comet.

"There's at least one more we could reach for another flyby," Duxbury says.

A faint chance exists, according to NASA, that the chemical signature of the comet dust may match the chemistry of the impact that killed off the dinosaurs 65 million years ago, answering the unsolved riddle over whether an asteroid or a comet could have done the dastardly deed.

NASA hits bull's-eye with Wild shots

NASA said Saturday that it has captured dozens of close-up images of a distant comet that show the frozen ball of rock and ice spewing jets of dust and gas into space. The Stardust spacecraft took 72 images of the dark nucleus of comet Wild 2 during a derring-do flyby on Friday, 242 million miles from Earth. Scientists at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif., began poring over the black-and-white images as the pictures and other scientific data reached Earth during the weekend. NASA said it would release more of the images of the egg-shaped, 3.3-mile-diameter comet to the public today or Tuesday. So far the agency has released a single black-and-white photo of the comet nucleus. It showed what looked like a giant frozen meatball pocked with sinkholes. The spacecraft also snagged an untold number of the minuscule specks of dust, which are believed to be primitive leftovers from the formation of our solar system, for later study on Earth.

It appears that there is a group of materials which have been invisible to modern science. We think that this group of materials has had many names in the past. Then I draw in a breath high up through the nose and into the heart energy center chakra then I blow it out through the mouth with a “Shaaaaaaa” while holding both hands in front of my heart shaped like a funnel to amplify the energy. I focus on the objective I wish to accomplish. This is called the “Breath of Life”.

With this breathing, the Kundalini energy is forced to the head and the pressure build up causes the head Chakras to open eventually brings enlightenment or the opening of more portions of the brain.

What I am now discovering using the Star Babies art, is that I have a high level of energy with me most of the time and I don’t have to do the Breath of Life as much to live in the NOW and to be the Genie and grant myself all of my wishes. I find that awareness is flowing very freely and awesome things are coming to me out of thin air.

Kundalini means coiled serpent and refers to the energy at the base chakra or Spine which, under certain conditions, can rise with a bolt of force up the spine to the head. Kundalini awakening is often associated with prickly sensations on the skin and/or feelings of hot and cold. When mine started activating, I felt like all of the hair on my head and back bone was stand straight up. I had a tingling sensation all over the back of my head, neck and back bone and was really feeling euphoric.

In most people in the west today the muladhara (first) chakra is already active, giving people sexual awareness. And most people living ordinary lives with no thought of spiritual matters are working on the 2nd and 3rd chakras preparing the way for a Kundalini awakening at some stage in the future. For self realization, we must work to open all of the charkas of the body.

Auras, let you see the world in a magnificent way. There are many explanations for auras. Some say it is your spirit body. Others say it is an extension of your chakras. Personally, I don't know what to believe, except that they exist. There are many books out today that give you instructions on how to learn to see Auras. The colors that most of the people see that I have talked to are related to the colors and meanings listed below which tell the story of where you are at with your consciousness in this reality.

A number of places offer aura photographs. Some use an imprint of energy radiated from the hand (I have one of these taken some time ago, see below). Kirlian photography is well understood, which records the electromagnetic radiation from living things - human beings.

These techniques display the aura, but they may be measuring an electromagnetic property which has a direct relationship to the aura. People who can see or sense these auras say that they have colors associated with them (different people see auras with different colors), which are constantly changing depending on health, mood, time of day, etc. Some people "feel" them rather than actually physically seeing them.

Prana or Chi (in the Chinese tradition), is often referred to as a breath, or energy. It is not really a breath, it is a flow of subtle energy. Prana is not the same as spirit; nor is it the soul, nor is it the same as consciousness. Prana conducts consciousness. If you want to raise your consciousness, generally you have to increase the flow of prana in your body.

It is the prana energy which enables the body to move, enables the heart to beat, the brain and nervous system to transmit electric impulses, the stomach to digest food, etc.

It is the prana which operates the physical senses. To feel something with the fingers, prana is transmitted from the brain, by way of electrical nerve impulses down the arm to the fingers. It is subtler, finer, than the senses it operates.

if you could see the Aura of a person that has their Prana Flowing and a high level of Consciousness it would look something like Picture 2. One of the things, that I was taught, was that when you learned how to hold a focus and a high level of light energy in your body that you would become more powerful than any technology that mankind has every dreamed up. Keeping in mind the ORMUS which is also being referred to as a type of SCALAR energy that would answer all of my questions about how this would be possible that we could become so powerful.

Also with this high level of energy, we can captivate, we change the spin of our Auras. In the normal average person both bands of the aura fields spin in the same direction all of the time.

Once conscious awareness is activated and a higher level of energy starts to function with our bodies, we change the aura spin. The inner band reverses the spin direction and also starts to spiral. Once this happens it becomes possible for the person to bring about miracles in a heart beat, with just the thought of the desire; it is called manifesting. At some point the person will be able to become a total light being, go invisible and to teleport themselves to any place they want to be with a thought.

After about 15 years of trying to see some light at the end of the tunnel so to say with my evolutionary journey and then came the discovery of the Star Babies Laminar Crystal art. This is what appears to me that you can achieve by using them.

Ions reproduce and repair body cells. They're transmitted into the body through air and water supplied to the body and is circulated by the blood. What is the aether? It is a very dense energy field that permeates the entire universe, and even at absolute zero, it does not dissipate. The taste of foods change; they become less bitter and acidic. When scientists take spectrographic reading of the treated item, it will show a change in the molecular structure. The pyramid will dehydrate and mummify things, but it will not permit decay or mold to grow. There is also a slowing or complete stopping of the growth of microorganisms. It has been known, that even under the Great Pyramid, or in the hall before it and below the Sphinx, there is, even to this day, food that was stored by the Atlanteans from their culture. Researchers say that items placed under the pyramid stay "charged" for various lengths of time after being taken from under the pyramid. It has been found that water keeps its "charge" longer than anything else.

Doctors have also been experimenting with pyramids. Doctors have tried using a pyramid on their burn patients. The results were that after being under the pyramid for a few minutes, the patients' pain started to go away. They also found that the burn areas healed much faster. One of the most interesting accounts of Pyramid Power was cited by Serge King in his book, Pyramid Energy Handbook. In this book, King speaks of ways people can help their dogs, cats, fish and fowl. The pyramid puts things back the way they are supposed to be; it makes things more perfect. The one frequency that is common with all elements is the carrier wave.
